A Pause Before the Holidays
A Pause Before the Holidays
As the holiday season settles in... we find ourselves in a moment of pause.
The gallery will be open one last day on December 23 before we close for a few days and return after the holiday. Before we step away, it felt important to take a moment and acknowledge this season for what it has been. Full, energizing, and deeply meaningful.

The past few weeks have brought a steady rhythm into the gallery. New faces, familiar ones, conversations sparked by a piece on the wall or a small item on a table. People stopping in between errands or intentionally carving out time to visit. It’s been busy in the best way, not rushed, not chaotic, just alive with curiosity and connection.
What stands out most isn’t just what people purchased, but how they moved through the space. Taking their time. Asking questions. Coming back for a second look. Choosing pieces thoughtfully. In the middle of an already full season, people still made room for art, and that’s something we don’t take lightly.

We’re especially grateful for the artists who make this space what it is. Their work, their trust, and their willingness to share their creativity are the foundation of everything that happens here. Seeing visitors connect with their pieces, whether through a print, a small original work, or a functional item featuring their art, is always a reminder of why this gallery exists in the first place.
There’s something grounding about art during the holidays. It asks us to slow down, even briefly. To notice color, texture, story. To bring something into our lives or homes that lasts beyond the season itself. Many guests came in thinking they were just browsing and left with something that felt right, something they’ll carry with them long after the decorations are put away.

As we prepare to close the doors for a few days, this pause feels intentional. A chance to reflect, reset, and appreciate what’s been built here with the help of our artists, visitors, and community. We’re incredibly thankful for every conversation, every visit, and every moment spent in the gallery this season.
We hope this season brings you a few quiet moments to rest, reflect, and enjoy time with the people you love.
We’ll be back soon, rested and ready to step into the final days of the year and look ahead to what’s next. For now, we wish you a peaceful holiday filled with moments of rest, connection, and creativity.
